A voucher represents proof of payment and the right to attend a specific educational program at Bardak Ceramics Studio. By purchasing a voucher, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with this Policy and accept it, while the voucher user who attends the program accepts the same rules. A voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, is valid exclusively for the service for which it was issued, and contains a unique code, date of issue, validity period, and a QR code linking to this Policy. The voucher is sent by email in PDF format within 24 hours of payment and completion of the order form.
Vouchers for the Standard Course, Mini Course, and Individual Session are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, and the program must be started within that period. A voucher for a One-Day Workshop is valid for one of the next three scheduled dates, and activation must be completed no later than 5 days before the chosen date. Vouchers for Additional Workshops are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, and the workshop must be scheduled within that period. For all vouchers, they may be used for an additional period of 90 days from the expiration date, subject to an additional fee in accordance with the price list, after which they permanently expire..
Using a voucher requires prior reservation of a date and presenting the voucher in digital or printed form upon arrival. A voucher can be transferred to another person if it has not been activated, with prior notice to the Studio. If the price of the service exceeds the voucher’s value, the user must pay the difference before the start of the program.
By activating the voucher, a specific date and time for the workshop is scheduled. If you are unable to attend, the scheduled session can be postponed without any charge up to three days before the workshop. In case of a change made no later than three hours before the scheduled start time, the session can be rescheduled with an additional fee of 1,000 RSD. After that period, the scheduled session is considered used. If the Studio postpones or cancels the scheduled session due to an insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances, the participant will be offered a new date or a refund.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchasing the voucher without providing reasons, by submitting a written request and a completed form available on our website. If the service has already started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. The buyer and the user have the right to file a complaint if the service is not provided as agreed. Complaints must be submitted in writing, and the Studio is obliged to respond within 8 days and resolve the issue within 15 days.
When purchasing and using a voucher, basic personal data (name, surname, contact details, email) are collected solely for the purpose of issuing and using the voucher and are stored in accordance with the Studio’s Privacy Policy.
This Policy is available on the Studio’s website and applies from the date of publication. By purchasing or using a voucher, the buyer and the user are considered to have read and fully accepted this Policy.
