When using paid sessions, please pay special attention to the following rules. Before making a payment and booking a session, check whether the sessions correspond with your free time, planned trips, and similar commitments. By making a payment and starting to attend the course, it is considered that you are familiar with these rules and that you fully accept them.
Educational programs can be attended in the form of individual classes, which are scheduled separately, or in the form of cycles, which are more financially advantageous but are subject to compliance with the following rules:
Use of paid sessions
- A paid cycle of the Standard Course or Independent Work is attended continuously in the chosen weekly group. The exception is the Mini Course, where this applies to the first three classes, while the fourth is scheduled separately.
- A cycle of 4 sessions is attended once a week, and a cycle of 8 sessions twice a week within the same group, and must be used within 28 days.
- Your spot is reserved exclusively for the group you have chosen. Changing group is only possible by prior arrangement.
- You may join or leave a session at any time, but that session will still be counted as fully used.
Skipping a scheduled session
- In a cycle of 4 sessions, you are entitled to one skip; in a cycle of 8 sessions, you are entitled to two skips.
- A skip means postponing the session to the next scheduled one without losing a class.
- A skip is possible only if announced no later than 3 hours before the start of the session.
- An unannounced skip, even if it was not used, is counted as if the class was attended.
Making up for a missed session
- A make-up means attending the missed session during another available session within the same week. The number of make-ups is not limited.
- A make-up can be scheduled at any time before the session to be made up, but no later than the day before the next scheduled session.
- A make-up is possible only in sessions where there is an available spot and must be arranged no later than 3 hours before the start of the session being made up.
- It is recommended to request a make-up as early as possible since it depends on free spots in other groups. If there are none available, the class will be counted as used.
Arranging skips or make-ups
- Skips or make-ups can be arranged via phone +381637172484 (call, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp), by email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or via message on Facebook and Instagram.
- All arrangements must be made no later than 3 hours before the session; otherwise, the session will be counted as used.
- Skips or make-ups can only be arranged through the above-mentioned channels. Arrangements with educators during class are not possible.
Extraordinary situations
- During a cycle, you may "freeze" it, in which case one class is lost, while the rest can be used within 60 days.
- A one-week break between two cycles is counted as a used skip in the new cycle.
- For breaks longer than one week, we do not reserve your spot, and upon return, a new reservation must be made.
Holidays and postponements
- In the case of public holidays, sessions are automatically moved to the next available date.
- Due to health, technical, or other issues, a session may be postponed by the organizer to the next available date.
- In the case of personal obligations (e.g., family celebration, birthday, etc.), you may use a skip or make-up, in accordance with the rules.
Amendments to the Code of Conduct
- Bardak Ceramics Studio reserves the right to amend or supplement this Code of Conduct at any time. All changes will be promptly published on the official website and displayed in the studio space.
- Amendments come into effect 14 days after the date of publication and display. During this period, all current and future participants will be clearly informed.
- If a current course participant does not accept the new conditions, they have the right to use their remaining prepaid sessions under the version of the Code that was valid at the time of payment.
- This version of the Code of Conduct comes into effect on September 1, 2025.
