INFORMATION ABOUT THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For contracts for the sale of goods, the 14-day period generally runs from the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. For service contracts, the period generally runs from the date the contract is concluded.
Where the withdrawal concerns goods, the consumer must return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal statement. The consumer bears the direct return costs unless otherwise agreed or unless the consumer was not informed of that obligation in advance.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases prescribed by law. Submission of this statement does not prevent the relevant entity from determining whether a statutory exception applies to the specific contract.
Further information is available in the Terms of Sale and Complaints.
