In accordance with Article 28 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, that is, outside business premises, within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered into the consumer’s possession.
Under Article 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer is obliged to return the goods to the trader without delay and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal form was sent. It shall be considered that the goods have been returned on time if the consumer has sent them before the expiration of the 14-day period from the moment of sending the withdrawal form. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
