When purchasing a voucher for any version of the Standard Course cycle, please note that, as described in the course details, it is not possible to complete all pieces within a single cycle. To activate and book the voucher, the voucher recipient must contact us first. We will not contact the recipient before activation. After the voucher is activated, we use the recipient’s contact details to communicate during the education programme, including any change of schedule, and to notify them when the finished pieces are ready for collection.

This form is used to order vouchers for education programmes provided by Udruženje grnčara Bardak, Pančićeva 14, Belgrade. The controller is Udruženje grnčara Bardak. We process the buyer’s and voucher recipient’s details, the selected programme, information needed to create and deliver the voucher, and proof of payment to process the order, issue and activate the voucher, organise the education and communicate with you. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps, performance of the arrangement and legal obligations concerning financial records. Information is retained for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. The voucher concerns the Association’s services, not the Entrepreneur’s online store.
